Welcome to the Registrar's Page

Transfers

OCPS allows parents and guardians to apply for their child to attend a school other than their zoned school. The types of transfers, their criteria and the steps to apply for that transfer, can be found on the Office of Student Enrollment's Transfer Page.

Transfers are based on School Board Policy JCA. You may review the entire policy here: School Board Policies.

Verification of Residence

Parents,

In an effort to ensure all student's records are accurate and up to date, the OCPS Office of Student Enrollment is requiring that parents of rising 6th grade (current 5th grade) students provide updated current proof of residence to Lakemont Elementary School. The documentation must be provided to the school by close of business on April 18, 2025.

Failure to provide updated verification of residence will result in your child's WITHDRAWAL from OCPS and you risk your student not having a schedule for the start of the 2025-2026 school year.

To verify your address, you must provide certain required documents based on your living situation. Once you have the required documents, please email them to Judy.Barron@ocps.net or deliver them to the school office.
